These terms apply to quotations and services provided by Dill d’Ycov BV.

Quotations and orders
Our quotations are based on information supplied by the client. An order becomes final only after written confirmation by Dill d’Ycov and, where applicable, payment of the requested deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices, VAT rates and payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, a 30% deposit may be requested. The balance is payable by the due date shown on the invoice.
Guest numbers and changes
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be provided no later than three to four working days before the event. Late changes remain subject to our operational capacity and may lead to a price adjustment.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Costs already incurred for purchases, preparation and staff remain payable. Depending on the cancellation date, all or part of the agreed amount may be invoiced.
Allergens and dietary requirements
The client must provide all relevant information about allergies and special diets. Despite our care, the complete absence of traces or cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed in a kitchen handling different allergens.
Access, equipment and liability
The client ensures access to the venue, the necessary permissions and suitable facilities. Equipment supplied remains the client’s responsibility until collected. Damage or loss may be charged.
Force majeure
If an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control makes the service impossible or unsafe, the parties will seek a reasonable solution. Costs already incurred remain payable.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Dill d’Ycov BV shall be competent.
